I am Ankit Saxena from Faridabad Haryana. I bought XUV 500 W10 on 30 Oct 2015 from Prime Mahindra Faridabad and just completed 3800 KM. From the very starting my vehicle started to have problem and I visited the service center every after 15 days, Below listed are the points which I want highlight: 1) Door side foot lamp fall down from frame. 2) Reverse camera use to hang every time (Attached is video). 3) Touch panel use to hang and start working automatically. 4) Gear knocking- Resolved now by service center. 5) Driver side window knocking- Resolved now by service center. 6) Door knocking from every door - Resolved now by service center. 7) Internal voice from trunk door- Resolved now by service center. This is not my first car, am driving a Honda Civic also and drove the same near about 1 lac KM but never face these kind of concern. It's just few 100 km's and scared now.I can't spare out the time every after 15 days and visit Service center for these kind of concerns, I feel like I bought a second hand vehicle and not satisfied with assurance of a new car. Just in 3 months I visited service center for more than 5 times and still facing issues everyday. I know if I will go to service center they will resolve the remaining issues but my question is WHY? I have invested 17 lac on Mahindra with a trust that I must be buying a vehicle for long term and am not sure now that how I will keep this vehicle for a long.
