Dear Sir, This is in reference to the QUONTO Q6 (MH-03 B5-5008) which I purchased on Nov 2013 after checking various comparative models in the market. I was highly impressed with the look, feel, elegance, comfort of the said model. I was elated on owning Quonto and started recommending my friends and colleagues. Unfortunately, I started facing problem after about six months o[censored]se. My car faced cluch & pressure plate problem, also their knocking in gear box in just ride of 18000KM. I never expected Mahindra to serve parts which do not even last for 6-8 months and need replacement within use of 8 months! I was shocked to receive an estimate of Rs.22000/- from your customer service department against change of cluch & pressure plate (parts). Is this your regular standard or have I been lucky to get such sub standard parts? I am highly disappointed with the kind of quality of parts you have used in Quonto and would not want to recommend this model to anyone any more.
