Mahindra And Mahindra — Poor service and poor spare parts availability in jain cars vellore

I am pride to instroduce myself as owner of mahindra verito d6 from 2013 onwards staying at vellore, tamilnadu. I am not willing post this message to complaint about the vellore dealer jain cars&service for mahindra and all car service centre.

Aa. Jain cars giving priority on only the accident vehicles for earning more money on service charges.in that all the mahindra trained mechanics and engineers are left from jain cars to other high paid service stations. Hence the cars are serviced by poor knowledge mechanics for replacing from bumpers and grills. Last three years i met with small accidents on damaging front bumper with allied accessories. All the times, the even bumpers are not fitted properly with correct clamps and screws. All the bumpers and tyre top flaps are not fixed with lock screws. I have gone to private mechanic for proper fixing of front bumper and horn grill clamps by additional payment of rs.1000/-. This is very much ridiculous on the excess payment drawn from me.

Bb. Poor spares availability in the service station all the times. Even from wind screen wiper blade arm is not available for a periods of more than 3 months with three visits from my home having distance of 30kms oneway. At last the service engineer replaced the scarpio front wiper arm (Left) instead of what is requires to verito d6 with the information to adjust with this for some time on due payment. Is it the nature of mahindra spares position. There is no proper follow up with the customers. This is happend in the peak rainy season.

Cc. My car right side rear mirror got damages during may 2016 on the trip to ecr road to a function. Till now the service engineers not able get the the supply from main dealer. Is it from abroad or poor manufacturing or closed the manufacturing? On contact with the service manager, he is all the time tour and meetings not able to follow up with spares centre arrange the right side rear mirror. Finally replaced with duplicate rear right mirror for my safety. Still i am waiting for the original supply of the same.

Both points of bb. & cc. Is it safe drive without the spares required for my vehicle? Kindly confirm when the above spares will be available with your mahindra dealer. The same is informed to your customer care toll no on 11.08.2016.9.00 hrs for necessary action service and replacement of spares with alternate service station nearby ranipet.
