Mahindra And Mahindra — Poor service and worst response from the service center | |||
I have left my mahindra xuv for the service on 17-aug-2016 at zulaikha motors pvt ltd at ambattur. The service sheet serial number -1221. We have informed that the car ill be given back with 5 working days. But now it is 23rd august and we didn't get any proper response from the service center. This is very ridiculous. How can a businessman ill be there without the car. It s more than 1 week now. We dont see this kind of worst service at any service centers. We have many cars (Bmw, audi, volkswagen, honda, hyundai) in our family and we dont face any issue with those services. I am seriously frustuated with mahindra. I ill never ever suggest any one to buy mahindra in future if the service is like this. Kindly take severe action and make my car to be available on tomorrow. I cant wait no more.
