Mahindra And Mahindra — Service & repair of my xuv 500 | |||
Dear sir/madam, I the undersigned mr. Yeshwant nandoskar, recently did service and repair of my mahindra xuv 500 (Reg. No. Mh 03 be 6394) from g3 motors service centre at nerul. This is to bring it to your notice that i am totally dissatisfied with the way client is being handled by the relationship manager (Mr. Devendra) at the service centre. Last time service and repair was done for humming sound from engine, some radio panel display settings, door noise, suspension along with other work, the total billing done was more than rs.27, 000/- which was more than what was informed earlier. All above problems mentioned are still persisting even after repair and replacement of parts, and still i am facing difficulty in driving the vehicle due to this. I also happened to call mr. Devendra but he was very rude in talking and now he is not lifting my calls. Request you to intervene and help me in getting my vehicle problems rectified as soon as possible.
