Mahindra And Mahindra — Xylo service center issue | |||
I have sent my new mahindra xylo for service on thursday 20th oct 2016. Post 5 days also i have got my vehicle back. 2 times i have sent my vehicle back with driver due to unsatisfactory serivce. Key points i would like to highlight are car was not washed, body not polished, tyres were not polished liners were not free. I am really surprised to see such hopeless service from mahindra service center. When service center driver came first time there was mark on door which happend due to service advisor negligence still he has sent a car saying with ok condition. Was this information helpful? | |||
