Mahindra Finance — Amount not getting deduct through ecs

I have taken loan for swift dzire tour wb 33 c 7245 in name of samiran ghosh.
I have twice signed the ecs mandat form and still they are not deducting the amount from there.
From last two month apr and may 2016, i have called in office of kolkata also the employee of the office, they didn't showed up and always say we will collect the amount from you.
It has been two months and no one showed up yet. I am registering this complain so that at last they do not charge me with the fine as i am and was ready to pay through cheque or cash but whom should i make payment if there is no reponse from office.
