Mahindra Finance — Complain regarding your account staff

Dear sir,
I CHUNKI DOMA BHUTIA, r/o Sazong Rumtek, had cleared all my loan against my vehicle from your esteemed financial services company. AndI had also received NOC from your office too on june 2015. But unfortunately I misplaced my Noc n I had given all the relevant documents in your office 2week ago but till date I had not received any information regarding my application. Rather than your account staff is saying that I have a due amount in the name my vehicle. If so then how can your compay give me NOC on June 2015. I seem that your company is haressing me again and again. I had to visit your office many times. Visiting your office we charge taxi fare almost Rs 100 -200/- from both the side. Who will bear is amount. I am going to complain against your company to consumer court.
Lastly I want to tell you that I want my NOC within 24 hours rather then you n your company will face a problem in future.
