[Resolved]  Mahindra Holidays — Movie Vouchers cannot be redemeed

Hi, I received call from Mahindra holidays to attend their presentation and after that one would receive 2 movie vouchers from Cine Rewardz. Normally I don't attend such presentations, but this being from Mahindra group, I decided to attend. I made booking 4 times on CineRewardz..., as per the instructions given on voucher. Inspite of that my booking has been rejected everytime...and the reason provided is due to technical error, ... booking is rejected, please try again. I have lost 2 weeks to redeem my movie vouchers. On calling the customer care, they will first ask you from which company I received voucher and on to telling that its Mahindra Holdiays, they say its a technical error. I, think Mahindra holidays should seriously look into its association with CineRewardz ...as it impacts their brand...I am sorry to say my first experience with Mahindra Holidays and CineRewardz has been very bad...
