[Resolved]  Mahindra Rodeo RZ — Faulty VEHICLE

I bought a bike Mahindra Rodeo Rz dt: 08/07/2014 from the said party(Veer Automobiles) right from the date of purchase i have been facing persistent mechanical problems while using the said vehicle. I've already brought it to the notice of the showroom manager(ashok), mechanic(chandu), Gowtham(partner), Nagendra(Territory Service manager), Zonal manager. The vehicle has starting problems, while running it turns itself off, it takes a minimum of 30-60 mins to start the vehicle by continuously kicking for same amount of time. None of the above mentioned persons have been able to detect the problem with the vehicle, I've taken the vehicle to showroom 5 times from the date of purchase for same problem to this date the problem has not been solved. They are to ready to give any resolution either. I'm tired of pleading but they are not even able to identity or rectify the problem. The vehicle stops automatically while driving and it wont start until 30-40 minutes of continuous kicking. I'm made to drive the vehicle using choke which is draining the petrol, everyday I’m filling petrol worth 300INR in the vehicle, it is very embarrassing and also very humiliating for me to keep doing this again and again(kicking, pushing the vehicle) I'm beginning to feel pain in my knees now due to constant kicking of almost 3-4 weeks now. My only request has been the same from day one repair the problem and ensure that it don't happen again and again. If they cannot identity the problem replace the faulty vehicle and give me a fully functional vehicle(rodeo rz) which is free of such problems, If they cannot replace the faulty vehicle REFUND the money paid to the showroom for the faulty vehicle.
