Mr.Rishap yourself told me that along with tour package you will get 1(one) Sony Expedia 7"Tablet and 1(one) 51/2” Sony Expedia Mobile. After payment conformation Mr. Rajiv told me that you will received two calls from my company one from reward section and one from our Sr.Level Officer. And also you get the email stating all information. But 10 days already passed till today I have not received the call as well as Email from your end. Although I am calling to yourself, Mr.Rohit and Mr. Jay they are not lifting the call. In the above circumstances I am not accepting your package. Because you’re all executive cheating to customer. I am also requesting our City Bank banker to differ this payment because company has not met their promises. The entire three executive had cheated me. As per your refund process return my money total amount Rs 15998/- I am not going to except your package because your entire executive is cheating your customer very cleverly and when I will go for tour package it will very embracing to me and my family. Hence please arrange to cancel my tour package which I had accepted according to your telephonic call and refund the amount Rs.15998/- immediately without any further delay. Thanking you. After payment conformation you have told me that you will receive two calls from my company one from reward section and one from our Sr.Level Officer. And also you get the email stating all information. But 23 days already passed till today I have not received your email & offer letter along with two gift (1(one) Sony Expedia 7"Tablet and 1(one) 51/2” Sony Expedia Mobile call). Although I am calling to yourself, Mr.Rohit and Mr. Jay they are not lifting the mobile. Nether I have received cancellation letter from your company. As per your refund process you are supposed to refund the money within 10 days (The refund amount will be credited through NEFT within 10 Days). In the above circumstance it is very difficult to continue further accept your tour package, because whatever commitment given to me by you are failing in all aspect which details are mention below: 1. You have committed me that after receiving your payment you will get tour package hard copy along with 1(one) Sony Expedia 7"Tablet and 1(one) 51/2” Sony Expedia Mobile at your residence. But till today 23 days already passed but still I am waiting your parcel. 2. On 17.03.201515 I have already requested our City Bank banker to differ this payment because MAKE MY GATEWAY company has not met their promises.
