MakeMyTrip Booking ID - IN1507B3S269685 I haven't received my 20% cashback yet. I have been told to use HDFCHOLIDAY code to use this offer. first they said this code is not right then when I provided the attachment which was forwarded to me they said you had not applied it. There was no apply button and had confirmed it with the booking adviser who advised me to just mention the code and it automatically gets applied. This is not the right way to attract buyers. pathetic experience ever Was this information helpful? | |||||

Further in regards to your complaint, please note that we have validated your booking with our technical team and found that the user made three payment attempts at the time of booking. For initial two failed payment attempts this promo code was being utilised but on the third and final payment attempt no promo code was being mentioned for which we have received the payment.
Hence based on this fact we apologise as we will not be able honour your case further. We thank you for contacting us.

I had applied it. As i told you I had chosen this website for this particular offer and you are fooling me saying I didn't apply.
