[Resolved]  Make My Trip — False commitments

Hi, I want launch a compliant against make my trip of rake false commitments.. While booking I was not able to complete payment process because of my password issue. For making the payment again I got 4 times call from make my trip.. After so much communication from them and promising me that the price rate for the flight booking will go high .. Finally I did the payment on a urgent basis. But after doing that didn't. Received any confirmation but amount from my account was deducted . I got terrified I tried calling on that no. Again but no nobody was answering the call now. I tried calling almost 20 times.. But still nobody answered. I thought of reaching them through customer care helpline .. But they were also not reachable. Only repeated &automated voice over was coming and I was not able to reach the any customer care executive for solving my problem. Finally the call got connected to executive after almost 30 mins. But he was also not able to resolve it.. (Mr. Himanshu) . He told me that you have to reach that person who was trying to reach you for booking. I am completely dissatisfied with their service... For booking and payment they are calling 100 times. But for any customer grievances their is no body to answer... I will never book or plan any trip after this incident on make my trip .
