I booked Spicejet flight No. SG 622 Delhi to Kolkata for 23/12/14 through Makemytrip.com. Name of Passenger: Abhijit Malakar, PNR No. B2FM7V. Fare Rs. 6757/-. However, I received sms on 15/12/14 from you that flight has been cancelled due to operational issues. However, I have not received refund till date. Makemytrip is saying that they have not received the refund from Spicejet. I request you to immediately refund the amount to me.
