Further in regards to your complaint, please note that we have checked and found that on 29th November 2015 we have received two payment attempts on our website based on which one was being successful and another transaction was being failed.

AN[protected] charged amount 2001.0 AED – Confirm booking as all passenger has already travelled on this booking.
AN[protected] – Failed transaction as for this booking we haven’t received any payment.
Hence based on this fact please be noted that we will not be able Honour refund on your concern.
