[Resolved] Make My Trip — Refund - cash back of 1200 rs. From make my trip | |||||
I was supposed to get a Cash back of Rs.1200 on my flight booking from Make my trip in November 2015 but I have not received till now. Booking Id - NF[protected] Booking Date- 25th August'15 Flight Details- From Bombay to New Delhi Date of Flight - 11th November'15 I also tried contacting Make my trip for the same, they said they will try to resolve but could not. I am extremely disappointed with their service and have not seen such poor assistance anywhere till now. Was this information helpful? | |||||

This is not possible at all, after applying the coupon code on the mobile app of make my trip it said that the coupon j=has been applied and you will receive a cash back of Rs. 1200.
This is not acceptable. Request you to please connect me to the higher authorities to discuss the same.
Else I have to go to consumer court for this issue.
