[Resolved] Make My Trip — Terrible service | |||||
We changed the traveling date, and paid all the fine (₹31378) and i checked my email at 9 in the evening and realised that i booked my ticket for 29th n not for 28th. so i called to makemytrip.com but i didn't get any response so again i called at 1 o'clock mid night anf talked with nikhil (executive) And he told me that all he can refund ₹50, 000 and he issued a new ticket for which i had to pay 5000 extra but that can be done only by sales manager will call me back in 2hr and i didn't get any call for 4 hr so i called back at 6 in the morning at talked to new executive and he said he didn't see any note for call back at my information. then we called back again and talked with namrita (executive) to resolve this problem and she said i have to pay 21, 000 more to change my date because she doesn't believe at i had a conversion with nikhil about only paying 5000 extra. so i request if somebody can help me out to pay less amount because i already paid alot.
