[Resolved] Makemy Trip Travel Agency — Received message of ticket cancellation for which i have not done ?? | |||
I had booked air ticket Rajhamundry to Bangalore for 30th Jan 2016 for which i paid for and received an eticket, after a while i get anoter message saying i cancelled the ticket which I did not do !!! WHY I have not made any cancellation nor have i authorised any one to do so ?.?? Please explain what i do now ? 3. While booking the ticket, the dates were changed/shown wrong.
They have no QUALITY process in place. Typical Indian low standard company with incapable management and staff.
