I Manish Sharma from Indore (MP) got a call from this company on 9th Oct' 2014, the person called introduced as Rajeev Dixit told me that you are the 1 out of 5 lucky winners from Madhya Pradesh area and you will get a free gift of SONY Experia Z2 Tablet 16GB worth Rs48, 000/- if you purchase a Holiday Package from MakeMyGateway.com. I ask him why me? he said you have booked ticket online from IRCTC and we have some tie up with payment gateway service provider. He convince me by saying that they are ISO9001 certified company and this is a promotional offer as we are not giving any advertisement on TV or not tie up with any big celebrities as yatra.com has with Salman Khan. So that advertisement cost we are offering to our customers. I purchased a holiday package woth Rs7, 999/- Order No 0910. Its now more than 2 months I am calling them every other day and talk with Mr Rishabh about this but all the time he says be patient we are sending your gift. I ask him to cancel my order and refund my money but he refuse by saying that we are sending your gift. I send email to [protected]@makemygateway.com on 4th and 11th Nov to cancel my order and refund my money but no reply on that email from their side. On 21st Nov Rishabh said that he sent the gift via Agrawal Movers and packers, he also give me a tracking number (AB[protected] which is reported invalid from Agrawal Movers and packers. On 1st of Dec he said that the parcel location is Bhopal and you will receive it in a day or two. On 8th of Dec he transfer my call to Mr Ramkrishna and he said he will dispatch my gift on 12Dec anyhow with DTDC courier and let me know the tracking number. He told me that he will call me after 12pm on 12th Dec but he did not call me. I called him 3 times but he did not talk to me all the time he was in meeting or on other call. Today also I did try but phone was busy and in the evening the phone was switched off. Their customer support phone number is[protected]. I had recorded their most of the phone calls in my mobile.
