[Resolved] MakeMyTrip — Double booking | |||
I tried booking a ticket which did not go through, and I had to do the booking again. Later, I found that the same booking was done twice (same person, same flight, same email ID, same date). The complaint was made to MMT (Incident ID:[protected] Booking errors) Later one of the booking was cancelled, with no refund, saying that this was a normal cancellation. Jet Airways have confirmed that this is a technical error, but refund have to be done by MMT. I have been writing to MMT for refund, and they are just keen on delaying and not responding.
