[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Denying refund for cancelled refundable trip | |||
I booked a flight with Makemytrip. I paid rs 4547 from my icici card and rs 984 from my payback points for booking the trip. I had ro cancel the flight and I got a message from MMT that I would get a refund of 2731 rs. I got only partial refund of rs 1747 in my account but did not receive Rs 984 back. Even after contacting them multiple times over phone, they are giving wrong explanation and denying the remaining refund amount of Rs 984. booking id: NF[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
