Further, in reference to your complaint, we have validated your case with our concerned department and found that twice an amount of Inr 13200/- was charged from our end for two different booking id’s. First booking (IN1605B2S793469 ) was not confirmed as no tickets were issued on the same but the second booking (IN1605B2S794520) was confirmed and tickets were issued for all three passengers. Please be advised that we have initiated full refund of Inr 13200/- from our end yesterday i.e. on 29-Jun-16 with refund reference number# IXE6997463 towards the original form of payment. The same should reflect in your account as per your bank processing cycle.
