[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Halong bay cruise degraded from 4 star to 3rd rate one in last min | |||
We had booked a "SeaLife" cruise for our halong bay cruise during our stay in Vietnam. But the cruise which we boarded was a 3rd rate cruise whose rooms did not have proper locks and bathroom was stinking. Worst part is we were not even informed about this. We raised this concern with MakeMyTrip over email but there has been no affective response till then. It already been 20 days since we are following. We feel cheated as we had spent a lot on the cruise which was supposed to be a wonderful experience but it turned out to be worst nigthmare. We are really expecting MakeMyTrip to consider this and give us complete refund of our cruise. This is the only way we can regain back our confidence on MakeMyTrip.
