[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Non receipt of Refund : NR[protected] | |||
On 22nd Nov. I have tried to book the online Tickets for 3 of my family members for next day evening. At the time of booking website has given some issue and payment has been deducted from my account. Though the payment was deducted i have not received the ticket confirmation even after 1 hr. So i have requested for refund. Post cancellation i have received 3 mails : 1st : In case the booking status changes to a failed booking, we will automatically refund an amount of Rs. 883.17 on account of this failed booking. The same will reflect in your bank account/credit card/debit card/cash card within the next 14 working days. 2nd : This is to confirm that we have generated refund request for unsuccessful MakeMyTrip Booking ID NR[protected]. Refund would be processed in up to 3 working days. 3rd : Kindly note refund amount of INR 333.17 for MakeMyTrip Booking ID NR[protected] has been processed. Amount in your account will reflect in up to 3 working days in case your issuer bank is private or SBI, else may take up to 12 working days in case of other nationalized banks or until your next billing cycle. After this received 3 SMS : 1st : Your refund Rs. 883.17 will be refunded to you within 7 days. 2nd : Rs. 550 will be refunded to you within 3 working days. 3rd : Rs. 333.17 will be refunded to you within 7 days. Are you guys confused with your refund policy or making the people fool. Also there is issue with complaint tracking page, post entering the id and contact no, automatically tab is getting closed. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. Further, in reference to your complaint on a social forum, we have validated your case with our concerned department and found that the refund of Inr 883/- has been initiated from our end on the same day of transaction i.e. on 22-Nov-16. Also, found that multiple e-mails were sent from our end with different days mentioned for refund. We will get this checked internally by the team for the reason of different e-mails. Regarding your refund if in case your refund still not reflecting in your account, request you to please check with your bank and provide ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) no. #74332746328632774345570 to Centralized Helpdesk or charge back team of your Bank ( Branch will not be able to track it) .
