I booked a ticket from Pune to Delhi on 18/05/2016, with refrence no.: NF[protected]C01.The amount 5634 was deducted from my bank account but the ticket wasn't booked .I lodged a complaint about this quiet a lot times and was awaiting for the refund but I haven't received the refund till date I have mailed many time to makemytrip and I called many time customer care still my problem didn't solve finally I have decided to mail you I request sir as soon as possible plz transfer my refund Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||||

As we have checked and found that the transaction done by you was unsuccessful and our Payment gateway team tried to connect with your bank but they never responded to us. Hence we request you to check with your bank for the same and do let us know if the refund received by you.
