MakeMyTrip India — Refuse to give signed certificate of tour amount

I have taken online Kerala tour package from makemy trip. For my organisation reimbursement purposes, I have requested them to provide the same. Initially they have said they may provide the certificate however after 15 days they have refused the same. Due to that i am going to loose money amounting 50, 000/-. my traved Id for make my trip is IN1511B65096800.

I would like to mention that i required signed certificate or invoice not any system generated invoice. AS Reserve Bank of India considering only signed document for the reimbursement of LFC (Leave Fare Concession).
