I have planned a trip to manali via your portal. My booking id is :- nl[protected]. I just want to change my existing hotel to "solang valley resort". My travel expert is telling me to wait for couple of hours and it has been almost two days and there is no reply from your side.Extremely dissapointed with your service. I am having reservation over planning my future trips through your portal. Kindly look into these matter urgently.
