This is a sheer negligence and I will go for a legal action against it, I have been trying your customer support number for past 2 hrs and and there is no response from the IVR except holding the line.
I will go for a legal action and show the importance of customer.
I am just asking for the refund of my money which was deducted due to your technical problem in which I am in trouble. I need my money with the interest and compensation within one 1 day. If not you are going to face a big legal issue with it.
