[Resolved] MakeMyTrip.com — change in passenger name | |||
I have booked 3 tickets in jet airways for 8th of april 2015 and those 3 tickets include my father, mother and my grand mother.. My grand mother recently had a knee surgery and she had to change her plan due to certain circumstances... Now I am asking that why cant his son can travel on his ticket..I am ready to show all id proofs of both my grandmother and his son willing to travel.. Poor response from make my trip side... In reference to your complaint, please be informed that according to the Airline's rules & regulation if a ticket is issued on one passenger's name, the same ticket cannot be utilized by other passenger. And we have found that you have already raised the cancellation request for one passengers on 4-Apr-15 and the refund of Inr 496 has been initiated from our end on 7-Apr-15. The same should reflect in your account as per your bank processing cycle towards the original form of payment.
