MakeMyTrip.com — Full amount for cancellation not refunded | |||
On 30/03/2015 I booked two return flight ticket from Delhi to Mumbai.My booking ID is NF[protected].The base fare was Rs12928/- alongwith conveinance fee of Rs 700/-. The cancellation charges as per printed on ticket was Rs3000/-+ 650/- Makemytrip charges( 800 -150 online cancellation concessation). For two tcts the cancellation chrges isRs7300/- and Refund amount is Rs5628/-- but MakeMyTrip refund only Rs4728/- without giving any reason Was this information helpful? | |||

Nobody contacted to me and resolved the case.my complaint is still pending.I am still waiting the breakup of the amount you have detected from my original paid amount.

Makemytrip.com is cheater they are neither reply on phone nor reply properly to EMail. My complaint is simply to get the break-up of the paid amount of Rs13527/- minus the refund amount Rs4728/-.If they honest they should reply to my Email giving the complete break-up of the detedected amount of Rs 8799/-

Total amount refunded : Inr 4728
Balance amount to be refunded is : Inr[protected] = Inr 300.00
Please be informed that balance refund for Inr 300.00 will be initiated from our end on within few days towards the original form of payment. We will keep a follow up on the same and will take this to the closure on priority.We thank you for contacting us. .
