MakeMyTrip.com — I am waiting from one month for my Refund but not getting even after so many calls

Hi, I had booked a ticket with Make My Trip (Booking ID NF[protected] and later cancelled this ticket on 29th April, 2015. At the time of booking the Paid amount for 2 persons was Rs 7384.00 and after deducting 3000.00 the refund amount should be Rs 4384.00. But I got only 598 and when I reported this to Make My trip they said we will refund but till today 25-May-2015, I am struggling. And When I am calling their call centre, they come up with excuse that their system is not working. I want to file a legal case against these people, Please help. * Refund amount of INR 598 for MakeMyTrip Booking ID NF[protected] has been processed. Amount will reflect in the below mentioned accounts in up to 3 working days in case your issuer bank is private or SBI, else may take up to 12 working days in case of other nationalized banks or until your next billing cycle. MakeMyTrip unfortunately has no influence on these timescales post refund is processed.
