MakeMyTrip.com — money deducted from card 2 times but ticket not booked

My name is tejal shah Email add [protected]@gmail.com i have tired booking international flight ticket twice from make my trip first was on 2nd april 2014 after the payment page i got error tickets could not be booked and the payment of 74000 was debited from my credit card. Again on 4th april 2015 i have faced same issue where my tickets were not booked but my card is debited for 77000. In total my 150000rs plus has been blocked on my cards and i am not getting and proper response from make my trip when called customer service they keep on transfering me from one dept to other and at end the line gets disconnected.
