I had not received any refund as on date.More over i didnt ask you for any compensation for the loss and pain i suffered because of your firm.
Atleast you have to refund the amount which i had spend from my hand because of your mistakes.

This is in reference to your complain, please note that we have validated your case with our concerned team and found that they have already offered you a refund of INR1000 plus INR500 voucher as a compensation. Based on the bills which you have submitted, we see that you have paid INR1922.80 on your own for the first night (excluding room service) and amount paid by you to us was INR963.00 per night, so the difference amount we are refunding is INR1000 plus voucher of INR500. Kindly note that we re-considered your case and the best we can do is to process cash refund of INR1500.00 on this booking.
Please treat this as a final resolution on this case and we would request you to please give us your go ahead so that we can initiate this refund from our end.
