At an outset, we regret for the inconvenience this may have caused.
In reference to your complaint, we have validated your case and found that ticket was directly cancelled with the Airline and we were not kept in loop. Please note that whenever ticket is canceled with the Airline directly, passenger has to call us, so that we can initiate refund on his booking. In this case, this did not happen and that is what led to this delay in refund.
Please be assured that we have now initiated cancellation request from our end and refund for INR 2148.00 has been processed from our end on 25-OCT-14 and same will be credited to your account as per your bank processing cycle. . We thank you for contacting us.
