MakeMyTrip.com — Non receipt of full refund since 20th May, 2015

Dear MMT Team, I cancelled my ticket from BKK to DEL on 20th May, 2015 since Spicejet has re-scheduled my connecting flight from Kolkata to Delhi. As per the Airlines policy I get full refund since flight rescheduled more than 90 minutes. Spicejet refunded full amount to Makemytrip account on 21st May, 2015 i.e. Rs. 40, 330 I contacted MMT and was told Airlines has not refunded full amount. Please see the screenshot full refund has been credited to MMT account. But in my account just Rs. 28, 520.90 has been credited. See the screenshot of my Bank Account below. MMT has not refunded the balance amount i.e. Rs. 11810 I have been sending emails to MMT but NO RESPONSE, tried calling them too but no luck ! Please check all the screenshots are attached here.
