I have done the cancellation on 2/Jan/2015 for booking ID NF[protected]. I have not received the refund money in my account till date. I'm extremely frustrated and literally pissed off with your service.I had made 11 calls in the past three months to your customer service and till date I have not got any update on when I will be refunded with my money. If the issue is not sorted out in the next day or two I'm, going to take legal action against you. I have been waiting very patiently on this issue for the past three months. Please do respond ASAP.
