[Resolved] MakeMyTrip.com — Not refunding the money for cancelled ticket | |||
I booked a ticket in Makemytrip.com to travel from Coimbatore to Bangalore in Jet airways 9W-2650 flight on 17th July 2015. I cancelled this ticket since the flight was delayed by 2 hours and i have to get my connecting flight to go Singapore. After cancelling the ticket i called the customer care for refund for my ticket. Customer care executive asked me to submit Stamp document from Airlines since the cancellation is for special purpose (Flight delay). I submitted the stamp document which i got from Airline on August 12th. After submitting the stamp document i received mail that i would get my refund within next 7 working days. After 7 days i called customer care and they again asked me to wait 7days. After 7 days too they have not refunded my money. Still in customer care execuive keep on telling i have to wait 7 days. There was not response from makemytrip.com for my request. My complaint reference number is[protected] and My booking id is NF[protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||

Further in regards to your complaint, please note that we have tried contacting on your listed number however got no response. Also we have checked and found that refund for INR 7, 294.00/- has been initiated on 31-AUG-2015 with RRN #[protected] as same would be reflecting in your account as per your bank processing cycle.
Do note that airlines has declined for full refund as flight departed at 23:30 which was rescheduled for 55 minutes and as per their procedure full refund is only being offered if flight is rescheduled for more than 01 hour. Same charge deduction is reflected in the airlines stamped document which has been forwarded by you.
