[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip.com — Refund Amount

I made a booking on 18th of March'15 from Lucknow-Chennai. I used a coupon for SBI card to get a refund of 15%(max. of 1000). I did not get the cash back for two weeks so I called make my trip and they told me I will get it in 21 days. I did not get the cash back. I have called them almost 7-8 times for the same. I even registered a complaint for the same at MakeMyTrip. They called back and said it will be done in next two days. It is not done yet. Even after that I have called them two-three times, but no use. Also, when i used the coupon, I read it properly and it said that I am eligible for a cashback of 15% upto a maximum of Rs.1000. I did not find any other condition. But once one of their person told me that I am eligible for a max. of Rs.250 only and second time some other person told me that I am eligible for Rs.200 cashback.
