[Resolved] MakeMyTrip.com — Refund amount | |||||
This is Ved Gupta. I had booked flight tickets basically a round trip for 21st Jan and 31st of Jan, 2016 and I had got the confirmed ticket as well. Later, I made a Change in Travel Date and I tried booking ticket for which what happened money got deducted from my account and I did not get response from MMT end. I had made this booking on[protected]. And I did not get any response till date. I have already made complain 15 times on [protected]@makemytrip.com . Everytime I am being asked to wait for 3 working days and your money will be refunded back to your account. This is the reference number for which two amounts got deducted NF[protected] and the amounts are Rs.2781 and Rs.2722 respectively. Was this information helpful? | |||||
