MakeMyTrip.com — Refund not made for amount debited twice | |||
I Madan Mohan Kotoki had done a booking (ID NF[protected] from MUmbai to Guwahati & return for 28th March & 5th April 2015 respectively. This booking was done on 24th Dec 2014. On 10th March 2015 I changed the travel date for which an additional amount of INR 7360 was to be paid. After doing the transaction through the official website of make my trip I did not get the ticket with revised date so I called up the helpline. They informed me that the amount has not been credited to Make my trip & I need to retry once more. So I again tried & this time I got the ticket with revised dates. But the amount was debited twice from my bank account. When I talked to my bank they informed me in writing that both the transaction were successful & amount has been credited to Make my trip account. I has given this mail along with bank statement to make my trip I raised the complaint through the official website & through phone banking of Make my trip. But inspite of many follow up they have not refunded back my money, Was this information helpful? | |||
