[Resolved] MakeMyTrip.com — Refund not received - worst response | |||
I booked a ticket from Raipur to Hyderabad for date 22 Oct 2015 on 19 Sept.[Booking ID NF[protected]] But the booking got failed. I didn't received amount back and I raised the complain several times to makemytrip through mails. They created several tickets and the response every time i got is you will get the money back with 3 to 7 days. but the money never got refunded till date. Its almost more than 2 months still I am not getting any proper response. This is the worst ever service I expected from Makemytrip. The tickets which were raised for these issues are [[protected]] and [[protected]] None of them resolved anything till yet. Was this information helpful? | |||
