I have not received cash back for total 3 bookings done from 3 different mobiles, by different name by make my trip app on mobile.. I have filed a complaint since last 3 months..but i didn't get any reply, any refund from your side... The booking ids are as follows: 1) NF[protected] NF[protected]NF[protected]...Immediately check the refund status of these id's by today & complete the refund process by today. In reference to your complaint, we have validated your case and found that as per offer T&C, cash back was applicable on only one booking because passenger has used same form of payment ( Debit card ) in all the 3 booking. As per offer T&C tji offer could only be available once against a single form of payment ( Debit card ). We have already processed cash back of INR 500.00 against booking ID-NF[protected] with RRN#[protected] on 01-Jan-15 and we hope that same has been credited to your account.
