[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip.com — regarding refund of cancelled ticket fair

I booked my ticket from Makemytrip, I had my flight ticket on 17th oct 2014 which i need to cancell, i called them on 15th oct they said that i will get around Rs.18000/- .When i asked to cancell the ticket they said that because of technical error they can not cancel, they asked me to call after sometime, i called them around 10 times but they they were saying me same thing and lastlly they given me airlines number which doesn't work at all and said they can't do any thing they asked me 24 hrs to confirm. Next day on 16th oct i droped a mail to makemytrip for complain they cancelled my ticket but amount was Rs.10500/- because of their fault.Today i called them again they said that i will get only Rs.10500/- and they asked me for 72hrs again for further information regarding amount.This is not just first time one more time i faced the same situation. here i am attaching the one screen shot of phone calls .
