[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip.com — unsuccessful booking but money deducted

MakeMyTrip Reference ID - NN[protected] Sir, my booking for a flight from Sydney to Dammam was unsuccessful, through Make My Trip. This they emailed to me, that your booking is unsuccessful. But FULL money was deducted from my credit card. I have called your consumer service, they just say it will be refunded, but I have NO E MAIL CONFIRMATION of this undertaking, i.e to refund my money. They should send me an email confirmation that the money will be refunded immediately. They just talk verbally on phone, which I have to call (international call), and give no written undertaking. WORSE, today I received a thank you for 'booking with us' email.
