Malabar Hill Police Station — Assault and mischief by police constable s s patil (Number-080871)

Today on 22nd October 2015 at 10 p.m., I went to Malabar Hill Police Station to lodge complaint when I was attacked by two women in the compound of my building. The Duty Officer Mr. Shinde asked a Police Constable in the room, where complaints are recorded, to give me sheets of paper to write my complaint. At that time, the Duty Officer also gave me a carbon paper. The Police Constable bearing name plate S. S. PATIL and whose number is 080871 handed one white sheet of paper to be passed to me at the Duty Officer's desk. When I asked for more paper for the carbon copy, he started shouting "ek tar lih". Only when some other Officers in the Police Station intervened, I was given another sheet of paper for the carbon copy. Subsequently, my complaint was also registered in the N C Complaint Register of Malabar Hill Police Station by Duty Officer Mr. Shinde. I was deliberately harassed at the Police Station and I returned home after 12 mid-night without any escort.
