Malabar Hill Police Station — Complaint against police officer narendra patil

Address:Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400006
Website:Mumbai Police

The Duty Officer at Malabar Hill Police Station named Narendra Patil sent constables to make inquiry of noise emanating from Flat 26 Maheshwari Mansion at around 1:30 p.m One of those constables got my landline number and called me up on my landline. On making inquiry with the Police Control Room (phone number 100), I have been informed two complaints 50S and 52S were lodged for noise coming from flat 26 Maheshwari Mansion at 34 Nepean Sea Road at 1:15 p.m. and 1:40 p.m. respectively today and both complaints were forwarded to Malabar Hill Police Station. The Officer at the Office of Additional Police Commissioner of Police has been informed by me about my number being made public without my permission and police constables calling me on my landline number to play mischief. It appears that the Constables and Officers at Malabar Hill Police Station enjoy talking to me on some pretext or the other. Two calls made to Malabar Hill Police Station after the incident were kept on hold and not answered by Duty Officer Narendra Patil which amounts to dereliction of duty and mischief.
