Malabar Hill Police Station — Dereliction of duty by police officers who are causing harassment to me

I went to malabar hill police station on 16th june, 2016 with documents to file fir. The duty officer was to send a person for inquiry. I have a copy of the letter acknowledged by malabar hill police station. I want to know where are the papers and is fir filed or not. Previous conduct of some officers in malabar hill station shows they are abetting in causing harassment, obstruction and nuisance to me.
