Malabar Hill Police Station — Mischief and dereliction of duty by constables and officers

Today afternoon, i received a letter delivered to me by a lady constable. The letter is signed by api rajesh pukale of malabar hill police station asking me to give statement within two days in a complaint sent by e_mail by me to the commissioner of police, mumbai. I rang up the landline number of malabar hill police station a few minutes ago to fix an appointment. The police constable who picked up the phone informed me that api rajesh pukale is bade saab, jagah pe nahin hain, patrolling ke liye gaye hain.In the past many constables and officers of malabar hill police station have payed mischief with me and insulted me when i visited the police station with my grievances and to give complaints and statements. A few minutes ago, i have informed the senior inspector of police of malabar hill police station by email and asked him to send him to my house with lady constables to record my statement after informing me so that i am free at that time.
