Respected sir,
My self K. sridhar from chikkadpally hyd, I owned a new car Indica vista quadraget from (Tata motors) Malik cars himayath Nagar in 2011, as all past services of my car has been done by u r Malik cars work shop it self, as recently my car has got repaired and I had got my car on[protected] to workshop of Malik cars at shaikpet nala and major complaints of my car were AC repair and clutch, I informed all these to Ramesh.G Cro.He note down all the complaints which were said by me and he attached me to Ravi.P service advisor first he given me the estimation of Rs 24000 not again for some extra parts of AC he called me and given the estimation of RS 28000 I said OK. And he called me to work shop and given the total and final estimation is Rs 30, 000 I approved. Finally work to my car has been done, I had also paid RS 10000 to workshop. When I came to take my car on 20/10/2015 Ramesh.G and Ravi.p has given me the bill of RS 40, 117.06. For my car no. Ap 09 cc 1637. I feel very sad as management Malik cars & Tata motors are trying to do fraud with the customer & stealing excess amount from customer, I feel if this is the situation then reputation of Tata motors would get bad and also get bad name to u r company. AS I saw the excess bill given to me and I left the car in workshop it self by intimation to Assistant manager Mr Balaji. Hence I request u to make correctness of the bill and do me the favor of making payment of balance rs20, 117 and take my car. According to the final estimation of Rs 30000 which I was approved. If i won't get truth Ness from u I wish, l would go to consumer court on this issue.
