[Resolved]  Manas Hosting — Extra charges, Website down all the time, No proper response, Waste of money

I initially paid Rs.8696.66 for 5 years on April 2013. In the last few months, I have faced a lot of downtime and my website was never up and I had to call them, raise tickets, email them, but I never had got a proper response. Every time I raise a ticket, they ask my credentials for the Control panel, Billing portal, Customer ID, IPIN, my bank details, etc.. I am just fed up with this service. Now, they said I need to pay some migration fee (for what is it for?) They already committed Rs.8696.66 for 5 years and now they demand money (or else they would just not help any further). I got a call from a lady (Pooja) and she asked me to pay Rs.3000 (why the hell would you charge me now?) After several calls, she finaly agreed for Rs.1685.40 (incl. tax) and said the site would be live immediately and also extend my expiry to April 2019 which is actually now till April 2018. Its since five days I keep on calling them but I never got a response. After paying Rs.10, 382.06, my domain is still not accessible.. Manas Hosting is just a fraud. They just need to steal money and they chose this business for whatever reason. Never even think o[censored]sing their service.
